Today on the blog, I am talking about making delicious Vegan Fudge! I know a lot of you are like, can Vegan Fudge be good and the answer is a resounding YES! It is easy to make and freezes as good as regular fudge!
VEGAN FUDGE RECIPE:
Prep Time: 1 minute I Cook Time: 4 minutes I Chill Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutesServings Size: 40
Ingredients:
1 32oz bag of powdered sugar
1 C cocoa powder
1 C vegan butter
1⁄2 C unsweetened soy milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
8×8 pan lined with parchment paper that hangs over the sides. (to help with removal)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, then whisk to combine.
2. In a medium saucepan melt the butter on medium/low heat.
3. Once the butter is melted pour it over the combined powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
4. Add the milk and vanilla, and blend with a hand mixture to combine.
5. Pour the mixture into the parchment-lined pan.
6. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow fudge to set up.
*Once the hand mixer has been used, move quickly to get the fudge into the prepared pan, as it will start to set.
