I had the pleasure this past week to interview, PayPal Payments Expert Jennifer Hakes about holiday shopping using PayPal. Since PayPal is a major part of my business transactions, I was interested to hear what she had to say about using PayPal for shopping this season!

During the holiday season, she suggests doing a lot of online shopping on the couch, rather than deal with those horrid lines. With the new Paypal app, they have a great order ahead feature. Jennifer mentioned how she can order her lunch to shave time off her day and be more efficient in the business of the day. By ordering ahead and paying via PayPal with this feature, she is making her life much easier. PayPal has a great offer feature, where you upload an offer before you go, and have it ready when you arrive. This makes waiting on a line totally disappear.
Online commerce and mobile shopping have never bigger. She mentioned to me that Cyber Monday was the biggest Paypal mobile success date in history. More than ever, people are buying presents online with PayPal and the mobile app.
