Growing up, I had the sweetest cat called Sassy. She was a rescue cat and was with our family for 14 years. It was devastating to lose her, but I vowed that I would get another cat once I started my family. We are now looking to own another rescue cat and are on hiatus, until we make sure Zane is not allergic to the cat we bring home. Hopefully soon we will be cat owners but in the meantime, I am now a cat sitter for my next door neighbor’s cat whenever she needs me during the week or for her long trips when she travels. Jasper is an amazing cat but she is very old, and gets defensive when you try to touch her face. I tried quite a few attempts to get a good cat beading picture. I even tried to get my neighbor to try to do it, but she did not want to cooperate. I know though that seeing the great cat-bearding pictures I have seen, cat-bearding is awesome and should be tried by all!

Of all the cat litter brands we’ve tried with our kitten, Fresh Step has been my favorite. I love how easy it is to clean. I am not a huge fan of how potent the smell s but that is something I can deal with since it has worked so well for us 😀

I am not a cat person. Dogs here all the way! We have attempted cats but the last one we had attacked our son and he ended up needing staples in his head! So…no more cats for us!

Hoping your little guy is not allergic. I would love to have a cat and so would my hubby and children, but I am horribly allergic to cats, they affect my breathing, triggering asthma like reactions, in addition to sneezing and red itchy eyes.

We don’t have a cat, but when I was younger my Great Grandmother did. I would go over every Saturday morning with my Mom, and my Great Gram would give me her weekly shopping list.
