Last month, I had the chance to visit the AC Hotel Portsmouth! The place was incredible and you can click here to see my full review: AC HOTEL PORTSMOUTH. Besides having a delicious breakfast buffet, they have an unbelievable rooftop restaurant where you can find the freshest catches of the sea at the Rooftop at the Envio.
ROOFTOP AT THE ENVIO

Perched high above the AC Hotel Portsmouth, Rooftop at The Envio, is a picturesque rooftop bar and restaurant featuring signature hand crafted cocktails, craft beers and an eclectic seasonal menu of locally sourced ingredients fresh from the farm and sea. Guests are invited to dine in this casually sophisticated indoor/outdoor sanctuary while taking in panoramic waterfront views of the Piscataqua River and the iconic bridges that cross it. You can see their full menus here: Rooftop at the Envio MENUS
When my mom and I arrived we had the choice to sit inside withe beautiful decor, or sit outside overlooking Portsmouth. Since it was a beautiful day we opted for this and sat down outside with a wonderful margarita They have an extensive wine, beer, and cocktails that are hand crafted with love by amazing bartenders. We started with the chilled watermelon which features a delicious mint and deviled eggs. The deviled eggs were divine and paired so well with our drinks. They also have many shareables such as cauliflower brava, crispy halloumi, house falafel, street tacos, flatbread, shrimp aguachile verde, burrata, and lettuce wraps.
They have a lot of salads such as iceberg wedge caesar and field greens. For the larger plates my mom got the Grilled NY Strip Steak and I got the Lobster Roll. Both were delicious! The chilled Lobster Roll features a dill mayo on a warm grilled bun with tater tots. My moms strip steak also came with a tomato and watercress salad, and chimichurri. For desert, we had the white chocolate cheesecake but the other options such as the chocolate blackout cake, shortcake, and homemade ice cream also looked very nice!
This restaurant was so impressive! We loved everything about it and the food was so fresh. I also love a good decor and the Rooftop at the Envio was just that- GORGEOUS!
