Between the long hours I work and my three young kids, I try to sleep in till the last possible second I have to get up. Seriously my children have to be on the bus at 7:30 and I set my alarm for 7, get them ready, and then head to work. It is rush, rush, rush in the mornings. However as most of you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I rarely have time to make myself a full breakfast. I need something that is better for me and filling in the mornings to fuel my day! My go to choice for a quick and easy breakfast are smoothies!
Most people that know me, know I am a smoothie addict. Seriously, I have tried just about every combination of smoothies out there. I will say that my favorite smoothie is my Upside Down Pineapple Peanut Butter Smoothie because it incorporates my favorite, peanut butter with other additional, delicious ingredients such as yogurt. My go to peanut brand to make these smoothies is Jif™ Creamy Peanut Butter, which is non GMO, has seven grams of protein, and is the perfect combination of creamy and fresh roasted peanuts. I also love Dannon Vanilla All Natural Lowfat Yogurt which is made with natural ingredients and is delicious to enjoy in smoothies. Both of these ingredients can be found at Walmart, along with my favorite smoothie maker, Oster® Blend-N-Go® MyBlend®. If you do not own a blender or need a new one to replace your wedding present you received 15 years ago, check out this Oster® Blend-N-Go® MyBlend® to make all my delicious smoothie recipes I post about.
