I have three kids. Of those three, my oldest Hayley is in grade school, and my middle child, Zane is in preschool. It’s quite a juggling act to keep track of the payments I need to make for tuition, school related activities, booster clubs, and what not. That’s why I think Pay4SchoolStuff is such a great idea. It’s an easy efficient way to keep track of school related fees and pay them, as well.
Pay4SchoolStuff Can Save Your Sanity
If your child has been in school for any length of time, you know the drill. There are payments to be made for field trips, after school activities, sports jerseys, PTA, and a laundry list of other things depending on how active you and your child are. It can be a nightmare to keep track of everything. Not only do you have to keep track, you have to either mail in the check, send it to school with your child, or drop it off yourself. None of these are acceptable options in my book.
That’s what makes Pay4SchoolStuff so great. With Pay4SchoolStuff, you and the school faculty can set up accounts to quickly, easily, and efficiently send and receive payments through their secure online portal. You and the staff can finally be free of worrying if the check got to school, if it cleared, or if it was on time. Now everyone can just swing by the Pay4SchoolStuff website, and get it all done right there. They also have wonderful, informative articles about all kinds of school, payment, and form related information on their blog, and it’s all readily available.
All of that is great, but there’s something else that makes Pay4SchoolStuff great. No more forms! It’s not just about paying bills. Pay4SchoolStuff is a payment AND information management website. That means you not only don’t have to worry about bills, you also don’t have to worry about lost forms for fields trips and the like. Let’s not forget that it’s free. That’s pretty awesome.
I’m excited about this. Between Zane’s preschool and my daughter’s many and varied school activities, I really need an easy way to keep track and pay for it all. I’ve already shown the Pay4SchoolStuff website to my school’s principal and staff, and they’re very interested. Fingers crossed that they decide to use it!
Here’s a video to help you and whoever you decide to show it to learn more about Pay4SchoolStuff:
As you can see, Pay4SchoolStuff is a wonderful way to send and receive payments on everything school related. I’m pushing hard for both of my kids’ schools to start using this service, and I hope they agree with me! If you think your school could benefit from using Pay4SchoolStuff, why not show the school faculty and your PTA/PTO Executive Board this video? It’s a great introduction.

This is great! I’ll have to forward this to my child’s school PTO. I think it would make things so much easier.

This would be perfect for our homeroom mom. She is constantly having to track people down at the first of the year to get payments for the classroom.

This is a great idea I think I will tell my room mom about this. She is always emailing trying to get money for the class. Thank you for sharing!

I agree with the others, it’s a super great idea and one that I would use if I needed to. Brody starts Kinder next year, so I may be needing something like this.

It’s like paypal for school stuff. I can see where that would make things really easy for you.
