Lunch time is the only time of day, I have to myself! On my work days, I want something great but I don’t want to think too much about cooking. I just want to relax and eat! I recently found out about some great recipes when I visited the Make It Your Michelina’s website. I found true inspiration to get into the kitchen and start cooking! For my first favorite, I found the Make It Your Michelina’s Franks ‘n’ Cheese! What could be better than the delicious flavors of cheese mixed in with hot dogs. This might be my most favorite combination. Usually when I am at the ballpark, I request hot dogs with cheese on it. I love it and now I can recreate my baseball food memories with the Franks ‘N’ Cheese. All you need is Michelina’s Mac N Cheese and hot dogs! Easy right?!
Next I found the Michelina’s Lettuce Wraps! I am a huge fan of Lettuce Wraps, as it is a great way to keep the calories down. It entails mixing Michelina’s Chicken fried rice, lettuce, and soy sauce together for a winning combination. This sounds like a lunch choice that is right up my alley!
Lastly I found inspiration from the Michelina’s Stuffed Peppers. Sweet and Sour Stuffed Pepper- Need I say more! I am salvating just looking at it, so I am excited to try it and see how it goes. I am thinking about making this for a football appetizer this weekend. You simply need the Michelina’s Sweet and Sour Chicken and a Pepper!
