I worked very hard to lose 50 pounds about 8 years back. It took me diligence and strength to stick with a regime that would help me lose weight. However, I inevitably always have the trouble spot- my belly! No matter what I do, I can’t seem to get my belly the way I would like it to look. Add on the fact that I birthed two beautiful children in 3 years, and you can see how my trouble belly spot has exacerbated.

Most moms have a baby and never really get back to the body that they had pre-pregnancy. Sure there are a few and we all hate them- I kid! For the majority of us, we all struggle with fitting back into our jeans and feeling, as well as looking, our best.

There are some days that I dream of a tummy tuck. I am going to be honest and say, that I am seriously considering it, after I am done having kids. Sure, call me vain but this is one area that has always bothered me, even before kids. I know it is major surgery and not sure if I will ever really go through with it, but the thought is definitely on the table.

    Oh wow! The things I didn’t know about breast implants…
    1. There was a lot of hype over silicone (beliefs I still held)
    2. Silicone is more natural looking
    3. You can adjust the saline to make the breasts more symmetrical.

    That was fun. Love her Learning Tool.

    I learned that she has earned a TON of awards including Best Doctor since 1997! I live in Chicago but I am from AZ as is my family and friends, and I have definitely heard about people love her and have had good experiences!!!

    Well I learned that I would love to have a mommy makeover! I also read about treatments for more mature mamas like myself. I am not sure that I will ever have surgery I will definitely look into different skincare than what I am buying over the counter.

    I love the fact that her website was done professionally and it is easy to navigate. Second, I LOVE tbat sbe educates her patients about the plastic surgery procedures. When I had my tummy tuck 13 years ago, I had NO IDEA what I was getting into….I couldn’t handle the belly! I NEVER had a belly until pregnancy.

    I learned that Trichloroacetic acids are used for fine wrinkles and blemishes/dark spots. Also that chemicals peels don’t require anesthesia and are done as an outpatient.

    I learned that damaged outer layers of skin are easily sloughed and removed by chemical peels and that this option is a great, minimal risk way of rejuvenating skin 🙂

    A laser is nothing more complicated than energy in the form of light. Energy comes in different wavelengths. Some wavelengths result in visible light, and other wavelengths do not, such as infrared, radio waves, or microwaves…this I did not know
